Office Policies & Procedures
Office hours are provided both on evenings and Saturdays. We ask that visits be made by appointment and that you allow a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. A 24-hour answering service is available. Our office staff or Dr. John will return your call as soon as possible.
To safeguard patient’s health, prescriptions are rarely provided over the telephone. Please call the office to check your insurance coverage. Payment is expected when service is rendered. If this is not possible, a payment plan may be coordinated with the office
